This app was a nice tool to use schedule shows. The latest update has rendered it practically useless.

version 3 is a step backwards overall for one reason - there is no longer a channel history. version 2 had a list of 5 most recent. while I often wished for more, at least it was better than the none in version 3 . . . yes, the new filters add marginal value, but Id gladly trade them for the last channel list

Unable to play recordings from all devices via the app

Used to be a great app until the latest update. The app is very limited for me now, can no longer change channels, on demand selections do nothing but the search works. LoL. PLEASE FIX THIS!

this is a one function remote only. why not having a reminder for upcoming shows. why is there no more a "previous channel" lookup. extremely slow. still crashes occasionally. very disapointing.

When is xfinity going to fix this app? Please provide us with a time frame.

Utterly useless. Wont even display movies or channel lineup.

Love this app. It greatly facilitates using the X1 cable box and watching TV. I use it much more often than the remote because entering text, such as searching for something, is so much easier.

Usually very good, but when I upgraded my ipad to OIS 9, the app became very unstable and crashes frequently. Update-10/18/2015 Still crashes. Unable to get response from Apple. Also, forum on this app has no other mentions of this problem. So if it continues, I will delete it until a new ios is released, then try it again. Update-9/22/2016 Formerly working although showing extra channels in my favorite selection that I did not select nor could receive on my tv. When I activated the new version of the app, it shows incorrect channels ( ie: shows H&G on channel 38 instead of 71, etc. Xfinity Remote for iPad needs to ask the zipcode to fetch the correct channel listing. Got that developers? I deleted, checked that my account had the correct info, but it loaded the same incorrect channels several times. I will try again in a few days. Hope this can be corrected. I cant believe the latest version is dated Sep 16, 2016 and supposedly corrected problems. It did not for the ipad. When can we expect a new version? Update 11/19/2016 The Oct version did not correct problem. In addition, I moved into an Assisted Living Facility and had to accept their Basic setup. Although I have a Separate agreement with a new ID and Password, the app accepts neither my new or old Sign-in although it shows my former ID, it will not let me correct it to the new id. When I sign in with the new one, it rejects it and shows the old id. I dont have the patience to again deal with Customer Service via chat or phone with no good results. Am deleting again. Hope at some future date when I cool off.

Used to love this app before updates. Loved that I could see the red record button when viewing listings. We used to schedule recordings when out and about and verify that the show has been scheduled by seeing the red record button. Bring it back!!!

One minute it was working just fine and then this message appeared on every tv listing.

It was a great app & I always used it with no problem, until I updated my phone to ios9 & after that every time I open the app, after a few seconds, it crashes! Please fix it. Thanks.

This app needs to be fixed in the worst way. Half the time I cant even see all of my recordings or any of my scheduled recordings.

After the update the ability to filter on demand programs has been pretty much removed making it near impossible to find anything. Please bring back the old app.

I really liked this app until I updated to the newest version. Now it does not show any of the programs and says its an unsupported version of the app!

What happened to the previous channel functionality? Previous version was better.

I have LOVED this app for over a year and suddenly earlier this week it stopped working: "Unsupported Version of TV Remote". WHAT HAPPENED? This App is so good as it is faaaaar faster than the HORRIBLE TV remote and TV guide, and Ive got this App fully customized to only the channels (favorites) I watch. Now navigating TV using the default physical menu and on-screen TV guide is PAINFULLY SLOW. This is my fifth time checking for an update version and again nothing available so here I am leaving a 1-star review.... Truly bummed this app isnt working anymore.

Why the heck did you eliminate previous channels?!? And the year of the episode?!?

Previous version worked great until today. Now its an unsupported version. New version requires iOS 9. I dont want iOS 9. and now this New version gives USELESS generic tv listings. Please fix this!!
