Sorry, we are experiencing some... TOO MUCH DOWN TIME

The interface is actually better than the box, but you cant actually start a show with it. So really its just obnoxious. It could be awesome if it actually started a show.

I like the app works great just wish it gave the option of changing channels with buttons instead of putting in the channel number or using the guide

So much easier and quicker than the guide on the tv. Being able to save favorites makes it even better.

Great additional control for our Xfinity service, but can be improved. Some functions are still easier using the conventional remote control.

I love the ease of being able to set up a recording on the go and never miss any of my favorite shows.

Very easy to use and convenient because I always have my phone with me and sometimes cant find the remote! Wish it had a volume control though. Other than that I LOVE IT!!

When it works great. Doesnt always load up and sometimes when does the channels are not correct.

I love this app. Its so so convenient when out or sitting on the couch. I use it instead of the actual remote. The layout is much more user friendly not to mention quicker. I also like having a keyboard for searching.

I cant tell you how many times I have used this app to check the channel listings (while my wife was watching in the other room), or how many times I forgot to record something while I was out. The app has saved/helped me many times, with little or no problem.

Definitely a must have for all eligible Comcast customers.

I just wish there was an option to pause, play, rewind the On Demand/Saved videos. It would get a 5 Star if it did

Good remote

I love the fact that if I am not home I can program a show to record. Also I like the fact that I can look up to see what is coming on. I have not had any issues with this app which I appreciate. All in all simple but very worth while app.

So much better than pushing buttons.
