Its not what it does, its what it doesnt

To bad Comcast cant design an app that actually works with all it suggest it had to offer. Comcast talks a great story, but the fall short on delivering. That explains why you cant subscribe to home security without a 2 year contract.
My guess would be, if they lowered the 2 year commitment, they would lose many customers. Bait and switch. Good thing is that 2 years is only 2 years long.
